SLG H2 Powers One of the World's Most Significant Green Hydrogen Projects

Baofeng Energy's Phase I Wind-Solar Water Electrolysis Hydrogen Production Project, located in Ordos, Inner Mongolia, integrates renewable hydrogen production with modern coal chemical processes to replace fossil-based hydrogen in olefin production.

As the world's largest coal-to-olefins producer, Baofeng Energy has built a fully integrated industrial chain from coal mining to coal-based new materials. With a total investment of approximately USD 6.8 billion and an annual olefin production capacity of 3 million tonnes, the project is the world's largest single-site coal-to-olefins facility.

SLG H2 will supply four 1,250 Nm³/h alkaline electrolyzer systems for this landmark project. This partnership reflects Baofeng Energy's confidence in SLG H2's advanced alkaline electrolyzer technology and integrated hydrogen production solutions.
