Shuangliang has provided more than 3,800MW of waste heat recovery system in Shijiazhuang city

Since 2013, Shuangliang has provided more than 3,800MW of waste heat recovery system in Shijiazhuang city, which comprehensively promotes energy saving and recycling. 
 
In Jinma Heating Station (Shijiazhuang, China), there are 5 sets of Shuangliang Gas Boilers + Flue gas heat exchanger + Direct-Fired Absorption Heat Pump to supply heat for 1.08million m2 area.

The waste heat recovery system reduced the boiler exhaust gas temperature from 60℃ to below 30℃ and heating efficiency increased by nearly 10%. After the flue gas waste heat is recovered and reused, the return water temperature of the heating network is raised from 45.7°C to 58.4°C. At present, the amount of waste heat recovery is equivalent to saving about 3 million standard cubic meters of natural gas and saving nearly 10 million yuan in gas costs.
