SLG's 5th-generation innovative iteration product incorporates innovative technologies such as gasket cooling, external fastening, and pressure compensation, significantly enhancing product reliability, safety, and availability.

 

Inner Mongolia Baofeng

Phase I Wind-SolarWaterElectrolysis Hydrogen Production Project

As a leading enterprise in China's coal chemical industry, Baofeng Energy has continuously deepened its presence in the green hydrogen coupled coal chemical industry track in recent years. Located in Tuk Industrial Zone, Sulige Economic Development Zone, Wushen Banner, Ordos, this project adopts a collaborative production process of green hydrogen and modern coal chemical industry. It is the world's only demonstration project achieving large-scale substitution of fossil energy with green hydrogen for olefin production.

SLG will provide 4 sets of 1,250 Nm³/h alkaline electrolyzer systems for this project. This cooperation not only represents the customer's high recognition of SLG's core technical strength in high-performance electrolyzers and complete hydrogen production systems, but also will provide key practical verification for the application of SLG's intelligent hydrogen production equipment in large-scale chemical and large-scale green hydrogen scenarios.

Overseas, SLG Hydrogen Energy has completed the delivery of United Solar and ACME Oman projects, and successfully passed supplier qualification audits of international energy giants and EPC contractors such as ACWA and TR. Product performance, safety standards, and delivery services are fully adapted to multiple national industrial specifications, laying a solid foundation for subsequent large-scale overseas orders.

 

Kaishan Group Kenya Green Fertilizer Project

SLG Hydrogen Energy has reached cooperation with Kaishan Group, a domesticleading compressor manufacturer, to supply 2 sets of 1,000 Nm³/h alkaline electrolyzersystems for Kaishan Group's "Kaishan Terra Green Ammonia Limited (Kenya)" 480,000 tons/year green fertilizer project.

As SLG Hydrogen Energy's first green hydrogen demonstration project order in Africa, this cooperation is a key milestone for the company’s developing track in Africa. It also intuitively demonstrates SLG's specialized optimization design capability for hydrogen production equipment under complex overseas operating conditions, with its solid product strength winning full customer recognition.

 

· Benchmark Projects Verify "Trustworthy" Value

Relying on a mature technical system and practical experience in domestic and overseas projects, SLG Hydrogen Energy has successfully won the bid for the water electrolysis hydrogen production equipment of Phase I -- the 15 million tons/year coal fractional clean and efficient conversion demonstration project(olefin, aromatic hydrocarbon and deep processing) of Shaanxi Coal Group Yulin Chemical, which is under the general contract of North China Engineering Design and Research Institute. We will provide 4 sets of 3,000 Nm³/h alkaline electrolyzers systems for the project.

 

Shaanxi Coal Yulin Chemical

World's Largest Coal Chemical Project Under Construction

The 15 million tons/year coal fractional clean and efficient conversion demonstration project of Shaanxi Coal Yulin Chemical is currently the world's largest coal chemical project under construction. Its supporting pilot test project-- 4 million tons/year CCS project has been included in the list of key provincial construction projects in Shaanxi Province. The project imposes extremely high requirements on the reliability, cost-effectiveness, and long-cycle operation capability of core equipment.

The equipment won in this bid is SLG's 5th-generation innovative iteration product—the 3,000 Nm³ alkaline water electrolyzer. The product's core advantages such as high current density, large capacity, and high availability precisely match the project requirements, making it the core equipment choice for low-carbon transformation of large-scale coal chemical industry.

 

From "Usable" to "Reliable", and Then to "Trustworthy"

Looking back at SLG Hydrogen Energy's market trajectory over the past six months: from the world's first green hydrogen coupled olefin demonstration project at Inner Mongolia Baofeng, to the green fertilizer demonstration project in Kenya, Africa, and now to the world's largest coal chemical project under construction for Shaanxi Coal Yulin Chemical—each project's implementation represents customer recognition of SLG's manufacturing genes.
